College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
We have a college hostel and it provides the best food. When I studied it was INR 40k per year, not sure how many times it increased but it's worth the money if you are looking for good food and security. Our computer labs are one of the best assets of our college.
Entrance Exams & Admissions :
This is a women's college and I studied in the first batch. Overall a good college with faculty. Students join here mostly through EAMCET. You have to carve your path for success. it's easy to get carried away just like anywhere else.
Placements & Internships :
Our placement drive was a disaster. Not sure about the following years. Only 3 or 4 companies came and out of 360 students, only 3 got selected.
Fees & Scholarships :
It was INR 30k per year during our time. There used to be fee waive off for few students from the government ( not scholarship).
Academics & Faculty :
We had a timetable, fixed places, and uniform. We had to write leave a letter and take signatures from lecturers to bunk college. We're not allowed to go to the library whenever we want. It should be either the free hour or we have to get signed by that particular lecturer to leave the class. Overall a good engineering school.
Clubs & Associations :
College life was okay as we grew up in the similar background until intermediate. Same uniform, dictatorship, checking notes etc. And same stage performances just like school days didn't feel much different. A comfort zone which makes us too comfortable until the harsh reality of outside world hits us.
