The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the examination dates of AIBE 2022 on Saturday, Dec 10. AIBE 2023 registration will begin on Dec 13, and AIBE XVII will be held on Feb 5, 2023.
AIBE 2022 Registration: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the examination dates of AIBE 2022 on Saturday, Dec 10. AIBE 2022 registration will begin on Dec 13, and AIBE XVII will be held on Feb 5, 2023. AIBE 2022 application forms will be available on their official website allindiabarexamination.com.
According to the BCI, the AIBE XVI (17) 2022 will be held on a pan-India scale, with over 150 exam centres located in approximately 53 cities across the country. Candidates who have completed their LLB degree and are members of any state bar council are eligible to apply for AIBE XVII (17) 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for AIBE 2022 Registration
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria below before appearing for AIBE 2022 Registration.
- Candidates must have a law degree (3-year LLB or 5-year LLB) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- All candidates graduating after 2009-10 must take and pass the AIBE to practise law in India.
- Candidates who received their law degree before 2009-10 are exempt from taking the AIBE exam.
- There are no minimum percentage requirements for taking the All India Bar Examination. The candidate must, however, have passed the graduation examinations.
