AIBE XVI 2021 Preliminary Answer Key Published Online

BCI (Bar Council of India) officials have published the preliminary answer key for the AIBE XVI 2021. Therefore, candidates can now access the initial answer sheet online on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The board has published answers for all four assessment paper set codes. Previously, the assessment took place in an offline testing mode on 31 October 2021. This year, the BCI conducted the law eligibility test in 40 cities across the country.

Steps to Access AIBE XVI 2021 Preliminary Answer Key

The initial answer key for the All India Bar Examination is now available online. Therefore, registered participants can now estimate their scores with the help of the following instructions.

1. Go to the official website – allindiabarexamination.com
2. Select the link containing your respective examination set code (A/B/C/D) available on the home page. The examination set code is listed on the candidate’s admit card.
3. The website will then open a new tab containing the answer key in the form of a PDF.
4. Finally, download the answer sheet for further reference.

Answer Key Challenge Window Opened

Furthermore, the examination board has opened the AIBE XVI (16) answer key objection facility. Therefore, candidates can raise challenges against errors found within the answer key online by 5 PM on 18 November 2021. To do so, interested participants must click on the objection link available on the home page. Students should then provide details regarding the discrepancy, such as question number, nature of the error, and sufficient evidence. Officials will later formulate the finalised answer key and candidate scorecards based upon the objections provided by candidates.
