AILET 2023 Application Form Process Begins Tomorrow, Exam to Be Held on Dec 11

AILET 2023 Application Form: The application form for AILET 2023 will open tomorrow, 7 September, for admission to BA LLB, LLM and PhD programmes. The AILET 2023 exam will be held between 11 AM to 12:30 PM on 11 December 2022. Aspirants who wish to apply for the exam can do so by filling out the AILET 2023 Application Form on the official website of the National Law University, Delhi.

Further, the AILET Form Last Date will be announced once the AILET 2023 registration begins. Further, registered candidates can expect the admit card release in November 2022.

AILET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling out the AILET 2023 Application Form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for five year BA LLB(Hons.), LLM and PhD programmme for the academic year 2023-24 are given below:

BA LLB 

1. 45% marks (general candidates) or 40% marks for SC/ST/PwDs in 10+2 examination or an equivalent exam
2. If the candidate is appearing for the 10+2 exam in 2023, they are also eligible to apply.
3. No age limit

LLM 

1. Graduated in LLB or equivalent law degree with 50% marks (general candidates) and 45% marks (SC/ST/PwD candidates).
2. Candidates in their final semester of LLB can also fill out the application form.
3. No upper age limit.

PhD 

1. LLM or an equivalent law degree with an average of 55% marks (General candidates) and 50% (SC/ST/PwDs candidates) 

How to Fill AILET 2023 Application Form?

Given below are the steps following which candidates can fill the AILET 2023 Application Form:

1. First, visit the official website of the NLU – nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
2. Then, on the page, click on the new registration link for AILET 2023
3. The candidate will have to register using a valid mobile number and email address
4. Once the registration is complete, candidates can select the course for which they wish to apply.
5. The candidate must fill out the AILET 2023 Application Form with relevant details and documents.
6. Then, the candidate will have to pay the application fee(if applicable)
7. Finally, submit the application form and print out the filled application form.

For general category candidates, the AILET 2023 application fee is INR 3,050. For SC/ST candidates, the application fee is INR 1,050. However, BPL candidates from SC/ST categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
