The APPSC Group 1 Preliminary exam (Objective type) will take place on Dec 18, and the written exam (Mains) will take place in March 2023.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can visit the official website for more information on the APPSC Group 1 recruitment 2022. Candidates should be 18-42 years as of July 1, 2022, to be deemed eligible for the APPSC Group 1 recruitment 2022 exam. Candidates should note that the age limit for Deputy Supdt. of Police (Civil), Cat-2 in AP Police Service is 21-30 years. On the other hand, the age limit for Divisional/District Fire Officers in State Disaster Response & Fire Services is 18-30 years for Deputy Supdt. of Jails (MEN) in AP Jail Service.
Moreover, candidates should be graduates with a Bachelor's degree from any recognized university or educational institute. Furthermore, general category candidates must pay INR 250 as the application processing fee and INR 120 as the examination fee. However, reserved category candidates are exempt from paying the fee.
