Bombay High Court to Hear Petition Regarding JEE Main 2023 75% Eligibility on Apr 6
The next hearing for the JEE Main 2023 75% Eligibility petition is on Apr 6, 2023. The petition came into being after NTA relaxed the 75% criterion for the pandemic year.
JEE Main 2023 75% Eligibility: Anubha Srivastava, an Activist, notified many new sources of the Bombay High Court's hearing of the JEE Main 2023 75% eligibility criteria petition on Apr 6, 2023. The bench at the High Court mentioned that the petition would be relevant for admissions after June 2023. Hence, the issue will be heard on Apr 6, 2023, the next hearing date.
Actvisit Srivastava has strongly supported the JEE Main 2023 75% Eligibility petition. She believes candidates must be presented with equal opportunities, and the JEE Main Eligibility must be revised for the JEE Main Exam 2023.

Since the NTA had previously revised the 75% criteria for the covid-19 academic year as a one-time thing, the Aspirants have requested the Board to keep the JEE Main 2023 criteria the same as the pandemic year.
After umpteen requests on Social Media, a petition had been filed for the JEE Main 2023 75% eligibility issue. The National Testing Agency will close the JEE Main exam 2023 registration window on Mar 12, 2023, for the exams on Apr 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12.
