CAT 2022 Exam to Be Held Today in Three Slots: Check Shift Timings, Important Instructions

CAT 2022 Exam: IIM Bangalore is conducting the Common Admission Test CAT 2022 exam for admission to management courses in IIMs and B-Schools today, Nov 27, 2022. A registered candidate can download their admit card and go through the exam instructions and guidelines by visiting the official website iimcat.ac.in

The exam will be conducted in three shifts, Shift 1: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, Shift 2: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and Shift 3: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Important Exam Instructions for CAT 2022 Exam

Below is the list of important exam instructions for candidates appearing for the CAT Exam 2022.

• Bring your original ID proofs and other items on your admit card. Verify that the candidate's photo and signature are printed correctly.
• The candidate must place the required photo in the specified spot on the admit card, which will be verified at the CAT 2022 exam center.
• As part of the CAT 2022 exam dress code, candidates may wear socks, plain pullovers, sweaters, and cardigans without pockets. It is acceptable to wear sleepwear and sandals with short heels. 
• It is forbidden to wear clothing with big buttons and shoes and other footwear with heavy soles. 
• Candidates with pacemakers, metal implants, or other devices must present a valid medical certificate. Masks are allowed past the Frisking Point.
• In the testing facility, candidates must utilize the on-screen keyboard to respond to non-MCQ questions and the mouse to choose the appropriate MCQ-based questions. 
• Once tests are finished, candidates must place their admit card, pen, and scribble pad with all pages still intact in the boxes.
