The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) has released the CG PET 2022 application forms at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Candidates can fill the application form for the entrance exam in online mode only. Furthermore, the last date to fill out the application form is 1 May 2022. Therefore interested students must fill out the application forms before the deadline.

Following are the steps to fill the CG PET application form.

• Visit the official website – vyapam.cgstate.gov.in
• Click on ‘Online Applications’ under Notice Board on the homepage. 
• On the next page click on the ‘PET/PPHT ENTRANCE EXAM’ link.
• Next, click on ‘Online Application Form’ which is point number 8.
• On the next page select the exam you wish to apply for.
• Now, upload your passport sized photograph and signature in prescribed format.
• Fill up the detailed application form with personal, education, and communication details.
• Click on ‘submit’.
• Now pay the application fee.
• Finally save and download the confirmation page for future reference.
