CG PPT 2021 Round 1 Seat Allotment Results Declared

Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Chhattisgarh has declared the CG PPT 2021 round 1 seat allotment  results. The results are available wholly online on the official website, cgdteraipur.cgstate.gov.in. Therefore, candidates can now check their Chhattisgarh Pre Polytechnic Test (CG PPT) admissions status using their registration number and password.

Afterwards, shortlisted candidates must report in-person to their allotted institutes for admissions confirmation from 18 to 20 October 2021. Therefore, candidates should have physical copies of required documents on hand while reporting at the allotted institutes. Earlier, the assessment application facility was open from 29 July to 15 August 2021. Later on, authorities conducted the exam on 15 September 2021. The admissions counselling process then started on 11 October 2021.

Steps to Check CG PPT 2021 Round 1 Seat Allotment Status

Candidates can follow the below mentioned steps below to check the seat allotment results.

1. Visit the official website – cgdteraipur.cgstate.gov.in
2. Now, click on the relevant “Online Counselling 2021-2022” link for the candidate’s programme under the “Admission Info” tab on the home page.
3. Once the page opens, click on the “Applicant Login” tab.
4. Log in by entering your registration number, password and security code.
5. Then, click on the “login” button to proceed.
6. Afterwards, the screen will display the candidate’s seat allotment results.
7. Finally, download the provisional admissions list for further reference.

Authorities will notify the number of vacant seats after the conclusion of round one counselling on 21 October 2021. Furthermore, candidates who want to upgrade their seats will also have to report to the allotted institute. To do so, they must pay the admission fee as per the schedule. Candidates who choose to upgrade can then participate in further rounds of counselling. If upgraded candidates obtain and accept seats in the proceeding rounds, the previously assigned seats will be automatically cancelled. Meanwhile, officials will adjust the admission fees according to the newly allotted seat.
