University of Delhi Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh has announced that DU undergraduate admissions will be through CUCET 2022. Officials have decided to provide admissions to DU UG based on the CUCET exam starting this year. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CUCET 2022. Officials conducted DU UG admissions based on the class 12 marks scored by the candidates.
However, on 10 December, the university’s academic council had approved holding a CET for DU UG admissions. Later, officials took the decision based on the recommendation of the nine-member DU committee, set up by the DU Vice-Chancellor, which had suggested holding a common entrance test.
