CUET 2022 Information Brochure Revised: Check Out the Revisions Made
The CUET 2022 Information Brochure was revised on April 18, 2022. Check out the updated brochure and revisions made.
The NTA issued a public notice on the CUET website on April 18, 2022, stating revisions to their previously released information brochure. These changes were under four categories. This includes changes related to uploading documents, the examination marking scheme, and evaluation criteria. Meanwhile, the NTA has intimated associates and students to refer to the updated CUET 2022 Information Brochure for accurate information.

Revisions Made to the CUET 2022 Information Brochure
The changes made to the brochure are mentioned below:
Chapter/Paragraph/Point Number | Previous Information | Revised Information |
Chapter 2 (Step 2) Sub Point (vi.) | The scanned copy of the student’s class 10 or its equivalent certificate should be in pdf format. Also, its size should be between 50 kb – 300 kb and it should be legible. | This sub-point has been removed. While other sub-points within this category are renumbered. |
Chapter 10.3 – Sub Clause (vi.) | In the event of a question being wrong or dropped or if the options provided are incorrect, the students present for the exam will get +5 marks. | The changes, however, state that if there is a faulty question (as mentioned in the previous point) then only those who attempt the question will get +5 marks. |
Chapter 11.1 – Clause (a) | The final answer key will only be used to evaluate MCQs. Moreover, the actual marks obtained will account for the final result. | Nonetheless, clause (a) has been removed and other sub-clauses have been renumbered. |

Focal Points
It is imperative for all students aspiring to do well in the Common University Entrance Test to adhere to the notices published by the NTA. The applicants are therefore, advised to check the CUET 2022 Information Brochure regularly. Furthermore, visit the CUET website regularly. Applications received were over 1.25 Lakhs within the first week of the release of the forms. The application process is open until May 6. However, the examinations will be held on the first and second week of July.
