Moreover, the students keen on securing CUET admission must register for CUET, on the official website, before Mar 30, 2023. Subsequently, the number of institutions participating in CUET increased this year to 100-plus.

Previously, admission to N M and Mithibai colleges in Mumbai was done under the SVKM group of institutions. The authorities admitted students based on their private entrance tests. Further, CUET 2023 admissions to all self-financed courses were entirely based on the test scores.

Note that an official notification was released to inform the students that NM College admissions 2023 for all four-year undergraduate programmes will be based on equal weightage to CUET scores and Class XII board exam scores. Based on the TOI report, Principal Parag Ajgaonkar remarked that the National Education Policy emphasizes using CUET scores for admission.
