The registration for the Common University Entrance Test for Under Graduate (CUET UG) 2022 is underway. The CUET 2023 registration window was opened on Feb 9.
CUET 2023 Eligibility Criteria: The registration for the Common University Entrance Test for Under Graduate (CUET UG) 2022 is underway. The CUET 2023 registration window was opened on Feb 9. Candidates will be able to access the CUET Form 2023 till Mar 12. However, before filling out the form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the CUET 2023 Eligibility Criteria.

The CUET UG Eligibility Criteria 2023 is given in the table below:

Furthermore, the list of Qualifying Examinations that are acceptable is given below:
- The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the CBSE or CISCE.
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/University.
- Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy
- Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) with a minimum of five subjects.
- Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign country that is recognized as an equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
- A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of minimum 3 years duration.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
- Candidates who have completed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not listed above will have to produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class 12 Examination.
- If the Class 12 Examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination earlier.
Candidates must note that they will be required to fulfil the age criteria (if any) of the University / Institution / Organization to which they are seeking admission. Also, the existing policies regarding quota, category, relaxation, reservations, qualification, subject combinations, and preferences of the respective University / Institution / Organization shall be applicable for admission through CUET 2023. Hence, before applying for a particular university, they must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for that university from their official website.
