DU Admission 2022: The University of Delhi has declared that it will conduct three regular allocations for DU 2022 admission through the common seat allocation system 2022 (CSAS). Before announcing the first DU merit list 2022, Delhi University plans to release a ‘simulated list’ for candidates to assess their probabilities of securing a seat in DU admission 2022 in a particular programme offered by a college under DU.

Overview Of DU Admission 2022
Candidates must read through the following information to better understand all that goes underway for DU admission 2022.
- DU simulated list 2022 is most likely to be published on October 14 on the official website. The students will have a chance to change their preferences until October 16, 2022.
- The first DU CSAS allocation list 2022 will be posted on October 18 on the DU UG admission portal
- Candidates can accept a particular seat from October 19 to 21, 2022.
- All colleges under DU will verify and approve the applications by October 22.
- Further, the students must pay the DU admission 2022 fee by October 24 to finalize their admission.
- Before the announcement of the DU CSAS 2nd merit list, the number of vacant seats will be positively notified on October 25, 2022.
Note: Delhi University has reiterated that all candidates must select a maximum number of programmes and college preferences offered by the University. The choices will fall under the “Available Preferences” to maximize their possibilities of seat allotment under the CSAS 2022.
Per the official notification, “To optimally fill the seats, the University will allocate 30% extra seats for the SC/ST candidates in the first CSAS allocation round.” Moreover, the University can announce more spot rounds subject to the availability of vacant seats.
