Fake NEET Phase 2 Registration Videos Spreading on Social Media
The NTA, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Health have not announced a phase-by-phase NEET UG 2022 exam schedule.
NEET Phase 2 Entrance Test went trending on social media after some fake videos about the start of the NEET Phase 2 registration. It started causing chaos and confusion among students. According to the videos, NEET phase 2 registration for 2022 has begun on the official NEET website.
However, no such information is available on the official website. No official statements from any official authorities have been released about it yet. The NEET UG 2022 exam was held on 17 July. The NEET 2022 results will be released soon.

NEET Phase 2 Registration Previous Year Trends
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NEET exam was divided into two phases last year: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 is scheduled to be conducted on September 12. Students will need to complete the NEET Phase 2 registration once it officially begins.
This year, the NTA only accepted applications for NEET UG 2022 at neet.nta.nic.in, with no mention of Phase 1 or 2. The NEET UG 2022 information bulletin, too, makes no mention of a two-phase exam.

NEET Phase 2 Attendance
According to the NTA, the medical entrance exam NEET has received the highest number of applications ever, with approximately 95 per cent attendance.
A total of 18,72,329 candidates also registered for the country’s most significant entrance exam, with 10.64 lakh of them being female.
The exam was held in 3,570 centres across 497 cities, including 14 towns outside India. This year also saw the addition of a large number of aspirational districts for the first time.
