GATE 2022 Registration Window Closes on 24 September

IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Kharagpur says the GATE 2022 registration window closes on 24 September 2021. Thus, interested and eligible candidates can still submit their applications for the national-level entrance exam until the deadline. The registration facility will be available wholly online on the official website, gate.iitkgp.ac.in. Furthermore, board officials have advised interested students to go through the stated eligibility criteria before proceeding to the application process. Officials will publish admit cards for the exam on 3 January 2022. Afterwards, the institute will conduct the assessment in an online testing mode on 5, 6, 12, and 13 February 2022.

Steps to Complete GATE 2022 Registration Before it Closes

Application forms for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2022 will be available until Friday, 24 September 2021. Hence, applicants can refer to the following instructions to register for the exam.

1. Go to the official website – gate.iitkgp.ac.in
2. Then, click on the “Apply Online” tab available on the right-hand side of the home page.
3. Go through the given instructions before selecting the “New User? Register Here” link.
4. Register for the portal by providing basic candidate details such as full name, email address, and mobile number.
5. Then, log in using the given user credentials.
6. Fill out the application form with personal, academic, and contact information.
7. Afterwards, upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
8. Complete the application fee payment process through online modes such as net banking, credit card, or debit card.
9. Finally, verify and submit the exam registration form.
