How to Calculate GATE 2023 Rank?

First, the GATE marks of the candidates are converted into GATE scores. The GATE marks are out of 100, while the GATE Scores are out of 1000. Then, the authorities will employ the score formula to convert the marks into scores. The GATE Score Formula is given below:
For papers that were conducted in only one session, the actual marks obtained by the candidates will be used for calculating the GATE 2023 Score. However, for papers for which there were multiple sessions, normalized marks will be calculated according to the raw marks, and then the scores will be calculated. The multi-session normalization formula is given below:
The GATE Rank 2023 will then be ascertained based on the scores of the candidates, with the candidate with the highest GATE Score 2023 will receive the highest rank and so on.
