ICAI CA Exam May 2024: Notice for Those Appearing for Inter And Final Exams Released at icai.org

ICAI CA Exam May 2024: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has released a public notice on the official website at icar.org. The notice states under the New Scheme of Education and Training for ICAI CA May exam 2023, and candidates are exempted from appearing in Inter and final exams in a few papers.

Important Notice on Exemptions From Appearing from Exams. 

• As per the new notice, the students are exempted from taking some papers. 
• The exemption is applicable for old scheme candidates as well.
• The candidates who have cleared any one or both groups in the final exam must pass the remaining group or papers to pass the final examination under the new scheme.
• For the intermediate exam, the exemptions in a paper or papers to a candidate who has scored a minimum of 60% marks in one or more papers for the unexpired chances of the exemption in the corresponding paper approved by the exam council. 
• The Council has approved the "Unit" scheme for those candidates who have completed one group under the Intermediate Exam under the syllabus specified in paragraph 2A Schedule B to the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, or Professional Competence Examination or Intermediate Examination.
