- Candidates must visit the official website of IGNOU at ignou.ac.in
- Click on the "Re-registration" tab under "Register Online."
- Read all the instructions for registration and proceed further
- Enter all the required details for "fresh registration."
- After that, log in using your login credentials.
- Enter all the details in the application form.
- Upload all the relevant documents.
- Pay the registration fee along with the late fee.
- Finally, submit the registration form.
