Students must follow the step-by-step procedure below to apply for IGNOU July session registration 2023.

1. First, visit the official website of IGNOU.
2. Once on the homepage, tap on the “IGNOU Registration 2023” link.
3. After that, enter the details required in the IGNOU July 2023 session registration link.
4. Now, fill in the details in the IGNOU application form 2023.
5. Then, pay the July 2023 session registration fee.
6. Next, upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
7. Last, save and download the IGNOU Registration 2023 form and take a printout for future reference.

Note that the students can register for the TEE December session 2023 without paying the late fee till 6 PM on Oct 22, 2023. Further, those admitted till the December 2022 admission cycle will have to pay Rs 200 per course for registering for the TEE. 

Students must remember that those coming from outside the country are required to pay a Rs 1,700 registration fee for the TEE December session 2023. Additionally, those registering between Oct 28 and Nov 10 will have to pay Rs 1,100 as a late fee.
