IIFT 2022 Postponed in Odisha, West Bengal, and Andhra Pradesh
National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed IIFT 2022 exam in the states of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and West Bengal in wake of cyclone JAWAD.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the IIFT 2022 in the states of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and West Bengal due to constraints caused by cyclone JAWAD. However, the testing board has affirmed that this postponement only applies to these given cities and that the exam will continue in all other locations today, 5 December 2021, as per schedule. In addition, the wrath of cyclone JAWAD has also led the examination board to postpone the UGC NET in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. Previously, officials were to conduct the exam on 5 December but have now rescheduled it to occur tentatively on 12 December.
The National Testing Agency conducts the IIFT 2022 annually on behalf of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. The IIFT 2022 will take place offline in a computer-based entrance testing mode. Afterwards, qualified candidates can obtain admissions to MBA international business programmes offered by IIFT Delhi, Kolkata, and Kakinada. Currently, only IIFT campuses accept these test scores for selection purposes.
