JEE Main 2022: Over Six Lakhs Candidates To Appear In July Session
Applicants appearing for the JEE Mains 2022 session 2 exams can check exam day guidelines, exam timings, and items allowed inside the hall.
JEE Main 2022: Approximately 629778 students are expected to appear for the JEE Main 2022 Session 2 exam in the month of July 2022. The National Testing Agency (NTA) begins JEE Main 2022 session 2 exam today. Applicants appearing for the JEE Mains session 2 exams can check exam day guidelines, exam timings, items allowed inside the exam hall and other details. JEE Main 2022 July exam will be conducted in two shifts – morning and evening. Therefore, applicants are strictly advised to report to the JEE Main 2022 exam centre as per their JEE Main updated schedule.
JEE Main 2022 session 2 exam will be held on 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 & 30 July. Candidates must carry their JEE Main session 2 admit card and one valid photo ID proof. Along with the hall ticket, applicants also need to carry a COVID-19 declaration form at the exam centre.

JEE Main 2022 Session 2 – Items Allowed inside the Exam Hall
NTA has allowed candidates to carry certain items inside the exam hall. Applicants can check the list of items permitted inside the JEE Main exam hall below.
- Simple transparent Ballpoint Pen.
- Additional photograph, pasted on the attendance sheet.
- Personal hand sanitiser (50 ml).
- Personal, transparent water bottle.
- Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic.
Exam Day Guidelines
- Applicants must reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the commencement of JEE Mains exam.
- Candidates must carry their JEE Main admit card along with their valid ID and COVID-19 declaration form.
- Do not carry any restricted items like calculators, watches, pager, mobile phone and others inside the JEE Main exam centre.
- Follow all the JEE Mains guidelines and COVID-19 protocols at the exam centre.
