JEE Main 2023 Jan 30 Exam Commences: Check Important Exam Day Instructions
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2023) session 1 exam will be held today, Jan 30. Candidates must be aware of the important exam day instructions.
JEE Main 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2023) session 1 exam today, Jan 30.
The JEE Main exam 2023 will be held in two shifts. The morning shift will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the afternoon shift will be held from 3 PM to 6 PM.

JEE Main 2023: Exam Day Instructions
Candidates appearing for JEE Main Paper 1 2023 exam must follow the points mentioned below.
- Candidates are advised to reach JEE Main 2023 exam centre at least two hours before.
- Candidates are required to bring all the items needed for the completion of JEE Main exam.
- Candidates must not bring any prohibited items to JEE Main 2023 Paper 1 centre. If found, they will not be permitted to attend JEE Main 2023 exam.
- Candidates are recommended to pay attention and listen carefully to the general instructions given by the invigilator to avoid any mishaps.
- Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall once the JEE Main examination is commenced.
- Candidates are recommended to log in carefully and read all the instructions.
- Candidates must always have their JEE Main admit cards 2023 ready.
- No candidate will be allowed to write the exam without JEE Main admit card 2023.
- Candidates are supposed to write their name and roll number at the top of the blank sheet provided for rough work. They must return this sheet before leaving JEE Main exam hall.
- Candidates must bring their geometry box set, erasers, pencils, and coloured pencils for the Aptitude Test Paper 2.
- If a candidate is found to possess any textual material, their current exam will be cancelled, and they will be debarred from future examinations. Along with this, the equipment will also be seized.
Note: Textual materials, Calculators, Docu Pen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written materials, bits of paper, mobile phones, pager, or any other device are not allowed inside the JEE Main examination hall.
Candidates can carry JEE Main 2023 session 1 admit card along with an undertaking, One passport size photograph, valid Photo ID Proof, a ballpoint pen, water bottle, and Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic.
