JoSAA 2021 Round 1 Cutoff Released at josaa.nic.in

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the round 1 cutoff requirements for the JoSAA 2021 counselling process online. Therefore, candidates can now check the cutoff details by visiting the official website,  josaa.nic.in. Additionally, candidates can check the opening and closing ranks for each participating institute and all courses offered by them.

Earlier, officials announced the round 1 seat allotment list virtually on 27 October 2021. The counselling board had then published the round 2 seat allotment list on 1 November. However, JoSAA authorities hasn’t released cutoff details for the second phase of the allocation process yet. Results from round 3 of the seat allotment window will be available on 6 November. Afterward, third phase participants complete the online reporting procedures from 7 to 8 November.

JoSAA officials have released this year’s counselling round 1 cutoff details on its official website. Therefore, candidates can follow the mentioned steps to check the benchmark requirements.

1. Visit the official website – josaa.nic.in
2. Afterwards, click on the “Opening and Closing Ranks” link.
3. Click on the “OR-CR in 2021” link.
4. Afterwards, enter your credentials such as phase number, institute name, institute type and academic programme.
5. Click on the “Submit” button to proceed.
6. The JoSAA 2021 cutoff will then appear on the screen.
7. Finally, view the benchmark details.

The Ministry of Education created and oversees the Joint Seat Allocation Authority, which manages and regulates joint seat allocation for admissions to 114 institutes across the country. These participating colleges include 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs and 33 other-government funded technical institutes for the academic year 2021-22.
