KCET Counselling 2022: Round 1 Registration Window Expected to Open Today at cetonline.karnataka.gov

KCET Counselling 2022: The Karnataka Examination Authority will begin registration for KCET 2022 counselling today, as per reports. The KEA has not yet announced the official counselling dates. The KCET revised rank 2022 was released on Oct 1.

Those candidates who have been declared qualified in the KCET 2022 Revised rank list can participate in the counselling process. Earlier, the KEA had completed the document verification phase of the KCET counselling process from Aug 22 to Sep 7. Candidates who qualified KCET 2022 and completed the document verification will be able to register for round 1 of KCET Counselling 2022 once the link is activated on the official website.

KCET Counselling 2022 Stages

The stages that will be part of the KCET Counselling 2022 are given below:

• Document Verification - The KEA has already completed this stage. Qualified candidates who successfully got their documents verified can move on to the following stages.
• Registration - During this stage, candidates must register themselves for the counselling process by filling out the registration form. 
• Choice filling & locking- Following registration, candidates must select their college and course preferences while referring to the course-wise, category wise and college-wise seat matrix made available to them. Candidates can modify, add or delete the choices after every round of counselling.
• Seat Allotment- Once the candidate's choices are filled in, authorities will conduct the seat allotment process based on the choices filled by the candidate and other factors. 
• Seat Allotment Result - The seat allotment result will be released in the form of the seat allotment letter, which will contain information like alloted institute, reporting time etc. Candidates must log in to thier candidate page on the website and download the letter. 
• Reporting to the Allotted institutes- Those candidates who have been allotted seats will have to report to the alloted institute. Candidates will be informed about the date and time for reporting. The students must carry the allotment letter and other required original documents during reporting.
