LIC AAO Exam Pattern 2022: The LIC AAO 2022 exam dates are yet to be announced. Candidates can check the LIC AAO Exam Pattern 2022 & Syllabus for all zone exams, based on graduation level. AAO Syllabus has the same pattern as other banking or LIC exams. The candidates must prepare accordingly for the AAO 2022 exam pattern and syllabus released by LIC for the recruitment exam.
LIC AAO Exam Pattern 2022
The LIC AAO 2022 exam has three stages
- Preliminary Exam (or Phase 1)
- Main Exam (or Phase 2)
- Interview
LIC AAO AE Exam Pattern for Prelims
- The total duration of the online writing is 1 hour or 60 minutes.
- Negative marking – 0.25 deductions for each wrong answer.
- Preliminary Examination (Phase 1) will be an objective test conducted via online mode
- The English Language Test will be of a qualifying nature & marks in the Language section.

LIC AAO AE Exam Pattern for Mains
- The main exam consists of the Objective Test & Descriptive Test
- Total Marks for the Objective Test- 300
- Total Marks for the Descriptive Test- 25
- Both the exams will be conducted in online mode. The descriptive exam will also be online/computer based.
- Negative marking – ¼ marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Candidates who once qualify for the prelim exam will be shortlisted for the main examination.
- Candidates equal to 20 times the number of vacancies in each post will be shortlisted.
- The final round will be an interview for the qualified candidates for the main exam.
