MAH B.Ed CET Merit List 2022: CAP Round 2 Final Merit List to Release Today

MAH B.Ed CET Merit List 2022: The Maharashtra B.Ed CET CAP round 2 final merit list will soon be released today, Dec 8, 2022, per the official schedule. Moreover, the authorities will publish a PDF of the ranks of the participating candidates instead of declaring it individually through candidate login. On the other hand, candidates must note that there will be separate MAH B.Ed CET Merit List 2022 for MS/OMS and General/ELCT candidates. 

Notably, the CET Cell will publish another merit list with the names of the candidates and the reason behind them not getting selected for the round 2 final merit list.

How to Download MAH B.Ed CET Merit List 2022?

Participating candidates can refer to the below steps when downloading the CAP round 2 final merit list.

1. Firstly, visit the official website.
2. From the homepage's download section, click on the MAH B.Ed CET Merit List 2022 link under the activity column.
3. Further, the screen will display the MAH B.Ed CET Final Merit List 2022.
4. Search for your name or application number next, and note the rank.
5. Download and save it in the end.

However, candidates must note that round 1 ranks are no longer applicable, and only round 2 ranks will be considered.

MAH B.Ed CET Merit List 2022: Tie- Breaking Rule

Since all ranks are prepared based on the candidate's score in the exam, there might be a change of two candidates scoring the same marks. Wherein to break the tie, the authorities have implemented specific guidelines. 

• First and foremost, the candidates with higher marks in CET are awarded a higher rank.
• Next, the higher marks in the qualifying exam are taken into consideration.
• Then, higher marks in Class 12 are given preference.
• If a tie persists, higher marks in Class 10 are considered.
• Lastly, older age is given priority in case a tie still exists.

After the release of the MAH B.Ed CET Merit List 2022, the authorities will publish the seat allotment result on Dec 12, 2022.
