Manipal MET 2022 has released the Cut Off Ranks for Round 1. The MAHE MET 2022 Counselling Registration & Choice Filling for Round 2 for B.Tech started on July 11 2022 and will end today, July 13 2022. Manipal Entrance Test, popularly known as MET, is an entrance exam for various universities at UG/PG programs. Candidates can apply for these exams if they want to take admission in those courses offered by the university.
Manipal University conducts MU OET Counselling 2022. Candidates who have appeared in the exam are qualified for Counselling. They need a MU OET rank card for 2022. After registration and choice filling, they will be allotted seats based on their ranks. The counselling process has 5 rounds. However, Counselling will add additional rounds after 5 rounds, if needed.
After a few days of result declaration, the university will publish the admit list and waitlist. However, before proceeding with Counselling, candidates must upload the documents to the portal.
MAHE, in online mode, has already started the MET 2022 counselling registration. All qualified applicants must complete the registration for MET Counselling 2022. On June 29, 2022, the registration of the first round ended.

MAHE MET 2022 Counselling Registration & Choice Filling for Round 2: Step-By-Step Guide
Depending upon the availability of seats, there are various rounds of Counselling. Round 1 will be conducted offline, and Round 2 will be in online mode. Here are the steps to get a clear picture of the counselling process.
- Registration and Verification – Applicants with their OTBS password and application number need to log into the MET 2022 Counselling Portal. Candidates need to update their profiles. Applicants need to be physically present and get all their documents verified.
- Online Choice Filling – Applicants need to choose their preferred course and campus. Also, they need to pay the required MET 2022 counselling fee. Applicants can modify their choices later as per their preference.
- Seat Allotment – As per the preference of the applicants, merit list rank and availability of seats, applicants will get the seats. Next, they can download the allotment letter upon completion of the admission process.
- Waitlist – After the second round of Counselling, a waitlist will be published. This list is for the candidates who wish to change their allotted seats and those who did not get seats in the first round.
- Modify Filled Choices – Candidates can log in to the portal and modify/fill their choices in order of their preference. They need to bring a printout of the filled lock choices.
- Reporting to alloted colleges- As per the dates mentioned in the letter, Candidates need to report to the alloted colleges. They have to bring the provisional admission letter with them.
However, the Round 2 choice filling will end today. Tomorrow, July 14 2022, the process of seat allotment will begin. Institutes like Jaipur, Manipal University, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, and Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, have participated in the MET 2022 counselling process.
