NEET 2022 Re-exam to Be Held for Certain UG Candidates on September 4

NEET 2022 Re-exam: NTA issued a notice for NEET 2022 Re-exam on September 4, 2022. Therefore, students affected by either mishandling during the checking process or if they received the question paper in a different language can appear for NEET 2022 Re-exam. Moreover, the examination board brought six incidents to notice that affected students. Thus, NTA has decided to hold the NEET 2022 Re-exam for select students.
Subsequently, the news of a female candidate’s inappropriate frisking incident, where she was forced to remove her inner wear in the Kollam exam center, brought massive attention to the NEET Exam 2022. Consequently, parents filed a police complaint due to the mental stress and trauma caused to the students. The incident led to the arrest of seven people, including the exam coordinator.
Similarly, NTA caught four more centers causing mismanagement in question paper distribution. Wherein, Hindi medium candidates got English question papers. The authorities made corrections much later when half the exam was practically over. Namely, these centers were in Sri Ganganagar, Nagaur, Hoshangabad, Bhind, and Khushinagar.

Previously, the exam took place on July 27 in 3570 centers across 497 Indian and 14 international cities. More than 18 lakh students appeared for NEET UG 2022 Exams. Furthermore, the NTA will release the answer key and OMR sheets on August 30. Students are expecting the results on September 7, as per sources.
