NEET PG Counselling 2023: NMC Issues Notice Regarding the Availability of Seats for Seat Matrix

NEET PG Counselling 2023: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has released an official notification regarding the availability of seats for the NEET PG 2023 Seat Matrix. Per the official notification, PGMEB officials have received 2828 applications from Medical Colleges and Institutes for recognition/renewal.

Per the NMC's official notification, out of 2828 applications received from medical colleges, the board has reviewed and taken decisions on 1870 applications. The remaining applications will be reviewed in due course of time. Furthermore, as the NEET PG Counselling 2023 is going to commence soon, admission will be granted to the existing recognized/permitted PG Board speciality seats, and the NEET OG Seat Matrix 2023 will be prepared accordingly.    

The NEET PG 2023 Counselling process is expected to commence by July 15. MCC officials will conduct four rounds of counselling to accommodate all the qualified candidates in the participating medical colleges/institutes. The NEET PG Counselling 2023 process includes the following steps:

• Registration
• Choice filling and locking 
• Allotment of seats
• Provisional allotment result
• Final allotment result
• Physical reporting to the allotted institutes
