NEET-UG 2021: MCC Adds Additional MBBS Seats for Mop-up Round

As per the released statement, “The Medical Counselling Committee has acquired data from following Universities about new seats which could not be added by the university due to late receipt of Letter of Permission (LoPs) that is after the commencement of Round-2 of UG Counselling 2021 or those who could not add their seats within the prescribed time.”
How to Check the Seat Matrix?
The various steps to check the seat matrix are as follows:
- Visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) – mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the UG Medical Counselling section on the homepage.
- Now on the next screen, click on the link stating notice for the addition of seats under the ‘News and Events’ column.
- A notification will appear on the next screen.
- Finally, the seat matrix is available at the end of the PDF.
The application process and fee payment for the NEET mop-up round will end on March 14. The administration has added seats in colleges such as Pt. Raghunath Murmu Medical College, Baripada Odisha; Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad, Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, and BDS seats at Govt. Dental College, RIMS, Kadapa.
