Is NEET UG 2023 Postponed?: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NEET UG Exam 2023 on May 7. Despite the request from a section of the students to postpone the exam, the NEET UG 2023 Exam Date has not been postponed. The authorities decided the dates so that candidates would have enough time to prepare for the exam after completing their respective board exams. However, some students who appeared for the NEET UG 2022 exam had requested that the exam be postponed. There are posts on social media demanding the postponement of the exam and petitions signed by over 650 students requesting the same. As per these students, their demand is based on the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases across the country in recent days. 

The NTA did not respond to the petitions by the candidates and will conduct the NEET UG Exam on the dates previously announced. The exam conducting board has been working towards reestablishing the pre-pandemic schedule for exam conduction. 

This year, more than 21 lakh candidates have applied for the NEET UG 2023 The NEET UG Admit Card 2023 is now available to download on the official website. The exam will be conducted on May 7 at 499 exam cities nationwide.
