In a tweet, ANI stated that the NEET (UG)-2023 exam had been postponed for candidates assigned to examination centres in Manipur.
Considering the circumstances in Manipur, the Minister of State for Education, Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, wrote to the National Testing Agency to ask them to "explore the possibility of rescheduling" the exam.

So to answer the question "Is NEET UG 2023 postponed?", Yes, it has been postponed for the Manipur exam centres due to the violent situation in the state. The exam has not been postponed anywhere else in the country and is scheduled for 2 PM to 5:20 PM tomorrow.
