NIFT 2021 Counselling Process Registration Closes Today

The registration window for the NIFT admissions counselling process will close at 11:59 PM today, 5 July 2021. Hence, afterwards, the National Institute of Fashion Technology will no longer accept shortlisted applicants for the 2021 admissions process. Thus, the candidates who have not registered for the online counselling phase can do so before the deadline. The registration is wholly online due to COVID-19. Hence, candidates can register online at the official website (nift.ac.in). To register, applicants must provide the requisite information and documentation. 

Due to COVID-19 constraints, The National Institute of Technology counselling process will be conducted online through a Zoom meeting call. Thus, the system will send applicants a Zoom meeting link via their registered candidate email address. Additionally, the email will provide the counselling timetable and further instructions. 

There are a total of 4,517 seats available for the 2021 NIFT admissions process. The meeting representatives will share seating charts with shortlisted candidates. Afterwards, delegates will send the allotted seats to the NIFT counselling head for final approval. Finally, candidates can obtain a seat allotment letter via the NIFT registration portal.

Steps to Register for the NIFT 2021 Counselling Process

Candidates must register for the NIFT admissions counselling process by the end of the day. Thus, aspirants can refer to the steps below to apply for NIFT counselling. 

1. Go to the official website.
2. Then, select the “Register for Counselling” link on the homepage.
3. Enter the candidate’s login details (date of birth and application number).
4. Then, click on the “Submit” button to continue.
5. Provide the specified counselling registration information. 
6. Then, select the “Proceed” button.
7. Upload the required documents within the guidelines.
8. Then, pay the registration fee.
9. Finally, submit the counselling registration form.
