NIFT 2022 Counselling Registration for B.Des Closes Today

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will close the NIFT 2022 counselling registration for the B.Des programme today, 11 March. Hence, eligible candidates need to register and fill in choices (choices 1, 2, and 3). The registration process is open to shortlisted candidates; the shortlist is prepared by considering NIFT scores. Officials will conduct the Situation Test from 2-5 April 2022.

Admit cards for the Situation Test will be issued on 16 March 2022. Previously, the results of NIFT 2022 were declared on 9 March. The shortlist for the B.Des program is prepared by considering marks obtained by candidates in the General Ability Test (GAT) and the Creative Ability Test (CAT). However, the final admission will be made based on CAT, GAT, and Situation Test.

Officials will conduct the GD/PI for M.FM, M.FTech, and M.Des programs. In addition, the registration process for the GD/PI is also currently open and shortlisted candidates need to get registered. Note that the shortlist for the M.Des program will be based on GAT and CAT scores, while only GAT scores will be used to shortlist candidates for M.Tech and MFM programs. Registrations can be done in online mode. Authorities will conduct the GD/PI from 7-26 April.
