OPSC ASO Result 2022: Publication of Final Merit List Stayed By Odisha High Court
The OPSC ASO result 2022 is currently on hold, as per the direction of the Odisha High Court. The action was taken after fresh pleas were filled against the Commission.
OPSC ASO Result 2022: The Odisha High Court has issued a stay order after hearing the Odisha Public Service Commission's Assistant Section Officer case. Accordingly, the Court has put a stay order on the publication of OPSC ASO result 2022 and the final mark list.
After listening to and considering the candidates' plea, the Odisha High Court has directed the OPSC not to publish the final mark list without permission from the Court.
Moreover, the Odisha High Court put the stay order in action after the candidates filed fresh petitions. The fresh petition challenges the sectional cut-off for the OPSC ASO result 2022.
Although, the authorities can continue with the computer proficiency test for OPSC ASO. The examination is going to take place tomorrow, Dec 4, 2022. Likewise, the admit card for the test is too available for download. The test duration is an hour, from 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM.

The new petitions against the Commission in the Odisha High Court, wherein the Court decided to put a stay order for the result. On the other hand, the Commission administered the OPSC ASO exam in August, and the results were out on Nov 7, 2022.
