The Symbiosis International University’s (SIU) entrance exam (SET) is tomorrow, July 3. The entrance test is the first step to admission to the University. Moreover, SET 2022 will be a computer-based test (CBT) held across 80 cities in India. Students must be aware of the SET 2022 Exam Day Guidelines besides preparing for the exam. Furthermore, these guidelines can help you perform better in the exam. Therefore, students need to go through them thoroughly.
SET 2022 Exam Day Guidelines: Dos & Donts
Students must adhere to these instructions, which can help them better prepare for tomorrow’s admission test.
- Reach the exam centre at least an hour before it starts. Authorities will not allow you to enter half an hour before the exam.
- Ensure that you carry your SET 2022 Admit Card and photo identity.
- Despite being CBT, the authorities will provide students with a rough sheet. Carry a blue or black ball-point pen. You must write your details on the sheet and submit them to the invigilator after the exam.
- As you know your exam venue, the authorities expect you to make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- The pandemic is still ongoing. Therefore, students are expected to follow Covid guidelines. Each candidate must wear a mask and carry a hand sanitiser. Also, they must carry their water bottles.
- In conclusion, do not overcrowd an area at the venue and follow social-distancing norms.
SET 2022 Preparation Tips
As the exam is tomorrow, students are approaching their final preparation stage. Most students, if not all, have solved previous years’ question papers. These papers are the best preparation strategy that students can take advantage of. Solving previous years’ papers helps students identify with the exam pattern and the kind of questions asked in each category.
In addition, the exam will comprise 4 sections, including – General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness. To begin with, students must study the basics of each subject. It will help them with a holistic approach to each section in the exam.
Lastly, students must be aware of their strengths and weaknesses. You have to attempt 150 questions in 2 hours. Thus, prior planning is vital. Plan the approach and start answering accordingly.
