SPPU Admission 2022 Open: Application Deadline for Online Courses – August 31

SPPU Admission 2022: The admissions to various online credit courses at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) for 2022 are now open. The SPPU offers the courses through the Educational Multimedia Research Center (EMMRC) and the Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC). The last day to apply for the courses is 31 August.

All the courses being offered are free of cost. On completion of the course, students can take a self-examination, following which they will be awarded certificates and credit marks. The courses offered are:

• Fundamentals of Office Management and Methods,
• Indian Classical Dance – Kathak,
• Microeconomics,
• Personality Development
• Personality Development and Communication Skills

The courses are being offered through the SWAYAM platform. To register, visit the official website of SWAYAM and choose the desired course. Once the registration window closes, classes will commence. The video lectures and other related content will be available to students. Students will also have to solve quizzes and submit weekly assignments.

Once the course is completed, the self-examination will be conducted automatically. Afterward, students will be awarded a certificate and credit points on successful completion of the course.

Furthermore, the University Grants Commission’s (UGC) latest guidelines suggest that students pursuing graduation should complete 20 percent of the course through online mode. Hence this is an excellent opportunity for students to take advantage of.
