SSC MTS Result 2023 Expected Soon at ssc.nic.in: What is Resolution of Ties?

SSC MTS Result 2023: The Staff Selection Commission will declare SSC MTS and SSC Havaldar results 2023 soon. Applicants who have appeared for the examination can check their results at ssc.nic.in. 

The commission has notified the release of separate category-wise and state-wise cut-offs for the SSC MTS session II exams. Around 3,015 candidates have qualified for the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the posts of Havaldar.

SSC MTS Result 2023: What is Resolution of Ties?

The resolution of tie cases can be broken when one or more candidates score similar aggregate marks. The procedure to resolve the tie cases is as follows.

• Candidates who score higher marks in the general awareness of session II exam will be positioned higher.
• If the tie continues, then the total marks scored in the session I exam will be considered.
• The older candidates will be given first preference in case the tie persists.
• In case the tie is still not broken, the names of the applicants will be categorized alphabetically.
