The Teacher's Recruitment Board will conduct thTNTET Exam 2022 Paper 1 from Oct 14 to 19 in offline mode. The exam conducting body released the TNTET exam day instructions and a list of documents to carry on the exam day.
Things to Carry to the Exam Hall for TNTET Exam 2022
Given below is a list of items that candidates are required to carry to the exam hall for TNTET Exam 2022:
- TNET 2022 Hall ticket
- Aadhaar Card/PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport.
- ID card (issued by the recognised school or university)
- Employee ID Card (issued by any reputed company or the Government)
- Bank passbook
- Passport-sized photograph (uploaded on the application form for TNET 2022).
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
TNTET Exam 2022: Prohibited Items Inside the Exam Hall
The following items are not allowed to be carried inside the exam hall of TNTET Exam 2022:
- Bags
- Jewellery
- Food items
- Calculators
- Electronic Watches
- Any items made of metal
The TNET 2022 Paper 1 is for candidates appearing for primary-level teaching. The exam duration will be 3 hours, and there will be a total of 150 questions, each with one mark. The question paper will contain five sections, namely, Child Development and Pedagogy (applicable to students from class 1 to class 5), Language 1 (Tamil), Language 2 (English), Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Each section will have 30 questions, and there is no negative marking.
Those aspiring to secure a high school-level teaching position must attend the Paper 2 exam.
