1. Visit the official website of UP NEET PG- upneet.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the 'Registration' tab available.
3. Click on the 'Counselling PG' option available from the dropdown menu.
4. Select the course you are applying for and fill in all the details asked.
5. Pay the UP NEET PG Counselling 2023 Registration fee online (INR 3,000).
6. Upload all the necessary documents and verify all the details and click on 'Submit'.
7. Finally, download and save the registration form for future reference.
