Those candidates who have been allotted a seat must report at the allotted college between Dec 16 and 18 to complete the admission process. The registration window for the mop-up round was closed on Dec 9. The merit list for the mop-up round was released on Dec 9. Candidates could fill out their preferences for courses and colleges between Dec 9 and 13.

The following are the steps to download the UP NEET UG Seat Allotment 2022 result:
- Visit the official website for UP NEET: upneet.gov.in
- Scroll down to the "Notifications" section on the homepage
- The link for the mop-up round seat allotment result will be provided
- Open the link to be taken to a login page
- Enter the candidate's UP NEET login credentials
- Once logged in, the seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
Once the candidate has checked the seat allotment result, they must proceed to download the allotment letter. Then they must carry the allotment letter along with all the required documents and report at the allotted college to complete the admission process.
