UPCET Seat Allotment 2022: The Uttar Pradesh Technical Education Department will release the UPCET seat allotment 2022 for round 4 of BTech admission today, Nov 5. Candidates can check the seat allotment result at the official website- uptac.admissions.nic.in

For the candidates for whom the seats will be allotted round 4, all of the seats will be auto-freezed. The candidates should not need to do the same on their own. The authority will allot the seats for round 4 based on the preferable choices exercised by the candidates and also on the availability of seats after three rounds of UPCET 2022 counselling.

The candidates must confirm the allotted seats by paying the seat confirmation fee from Nov 6 to 7.

Note: If the candidates fail to report to the allotted Institute, then the allotted seat will be automatically canceled. Prior to the 4th round, if there will be seats left, then the vacant seats will be allotted for the special round.

UPCET Seat Acceptance Process 2022

The candidates who freeze the seat in rounds 1, 2, or 3 may be upgraded to the same seat for category upgradation purposes. Once the seat will be allotted, then the candidates can accept the same by paying a confirmation fee of INR 20000 (for General category candidates) and INR 12000 (for SC and ST candidates).

The candidates will receive the information related to the seat confirmation only after paying the fees. The seat acceptance fees will be transferred/ adjusted to the allotted Institute. There is no provision for refund/withdrawal of the amount in round 4.
