The exam for UP Rajyaseva Lekhpal 2022 took place on 31 July, and authorities released the provisional answer key on 1 August. However, officials invited objections against the provisional answer key from 1-7 August. Of the nearly 13 lakh applicants for the post, 2 lakh were shortlisted.
