VITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2023: The Vellore Institute of Technology has published the VITEEE 2023 eligibility requirements and exam pattern on its official website. Therefore, applicants interested in applying for VITEEE 2023 must check the VITEEE eligibility criteria 2023 before registering for the exam. Moreover, candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be eligible to appear for the VIT BTech admission test 2023.
Earlier, VIT began the registration process, inviting all applicants for admission into its BTech courses. However, candidates must submit application forms for VITEEE 2023 before Mar 31, 2023.
VITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2023
- As per the authorities, the below requirements are a must when applying for VITEEE 2023 admission.
- All applicants must be a Resident/Non-resident Indian National/ PIO and OCI.
- Likewise, Non-resident Indians can apply for the VITEEE 2023 Entrance exam under the "NRI" category in the application form.
- High School/ SSC/ X Certificate as proof of birth.
- Applicants must have passed class 12 with PCM/PCB and scored 60% overall grade point.
- Lastly, applicants in SC/ST category must score at least 50% in PCM/PCB.
- Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura applicants must produce their certificate to prove community/nativity during the VITEEE 2023 counselling process.
If candidates fail to meet the VITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2023 laid out by the authorities, their applications will not be processed.

VITEEE 2023 Exam Pattern
Apart from the VITEEE eligibility criteria 2023, candidates must note that the entrance exam will take place online. It is a computer-based test for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates must subsequently appear for all 5 sections, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Aptitude and English. The question paper will contain 125 questions in Multiple choice type format. One mark will be awarded per correct answer. No negative marking is there for the test.
