Shortlisted candidates must appear for further rounds of the XGMT 2023 selection process. The selection process includes a written ability test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI). The final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the XGMT 2023 entrance exam, WAT, GD, PI, past academic record, work experience, and other relevant factors.
