If we talk about national-level exams, if a student dies during the exam, in most cases, the exam center is temporarily closed and an order to reschedule the exam for all the students of that center is given. The authorities may also provide support and counseling services to other students and staff present at the center.
In academics, there is a "pass by catastrophe" rule, which states that if a student dies during an exam, the exam is immediately stopped. All the other students present automatically pass in that subject, as they cannot be judged fairly given the situation. As for the deceased student, the parents and concerned authorities are called, and they are taken to the hospital/morgue.
