Jadavpur University and IITs are two very popular Engineering and Technology Universities in India. In National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023, the first 9 positions are held by IITs and the 10th position is held by Jadavpur University. Both are highly regarded institutions, but the placements, and brand value are much higher when it comes to IITs than Jadavpur University.

Jadavpur University and IITs are two popular Engineering and Technology Universities in India. In the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023, the first 9 positions are held by IITs, whereas the 10th positions is held by Jadavpur University. Though JU is a premium tier 1 institution for Engineering and technology, the brand value and placements are at par when compared to IITs.
