Microbiology has so many scopes in food industry, chemical industry and has many government examinations for job. Internships are there. The placement cell is also good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are 3 hostels and hostel fee per month is Rs.50,000. Food facility is not good, classroom, lab and library facility is good. Overall hostel is not good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibility for this course is science group and cutoff above 60% in each subject.
Academics and Faculty
Class timing is from morning 9.00 am to evening 4.00 pm and in between 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm is lunch break. Good teaching and good experience.
Fees and Scholarships
Fee per year in Annamalai University is Rs.25,000. And Sc scholarship is available. For some students loans are needed.
Clubs and Associations
There are many campus and NSS, NCC, YRC and so on. Many festival are celebrated in AU and freshers day, farewell are also celebrated. Good life in college generally.
