- College doesn't provide you an internship but I can do it from outside.
- IT & computer based companies do come in like Cybage , Deloitte , Zensor and many more.
- The average salary figure is Rs 3.6 - 4 for TCS & Tech Mahindra.
- If you've it in you then they offer you more.
- Alumni network is good, Ketan Barbole is the university topper.
- 36 students of SJCE cracked the GATE exam.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- No hostel for boys as of now is there at SJCE.
- But accommodation around the college is cheap and good.
- Rs 1500 rent is what it cost for 1 month.
- Wifi is available on the college campus , which is good.
- To access speedy internet you've to be standing under the router.
- Labs quality & workshop for mechanical is good as compared to other colleges in Pune .
Academics and Faculty
- College starts from 8:30 to 3 p.m at SJCE.
- During the day there are 6 lectures each of 1 hours and break after every 2 lectures.
- The quality of teaching is good as facilities here are nice . They are not so fluent in Hindi or English, but you can adjust .
Fees and Scholarships
- The average course fee is Rs 1 lakhs 13 thousand for open category.
- There are scholarships given to the student who are economically backward.
- No such scholarship for open students is there JSCE.
Clubs and Associations
- Tech manthan is college fest at SJCE.
- It is technical fest and antrananad is the cultural fest.
- Both are scheduled in the month of February.
- The life in the college is good, you will enjoy and get bored if you are from outside states .

Placements & Internships : This year there was an Amazon drive.Generally, most of the companies visit here are of IT sectors. The percentage criteria are set 60% aggregate by almost every company coming here. Average package is around INR 2,50,000-3,00,000 per annum. The highest package till date is around INR 6,00,000 per annum

Entrance Exams & Admissions : One has to pass 12th with the science background. One also has to write JEE MAIN or MHT CET entrance exam to get the admission. The cutoff for MHT CET was 80.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission in this college students needs to write JEE MAIN and must have pass 12th boards with good marks. There is no cutoff.
